Drifting is how I discover and uncover the parts of me that have become lost beneath a mountain of life’s baggage.
By connecting deeply with nature and engaging with my world on an energetic, as well as a physical level I find that I’m able to see my life through new eyes and engage with my world in a more healthy and empowered way. It’s terrifying at times, but I find that slowly the fear is falling away and being replaced by a knowing and a trusting that I am exactly where I need to be in every moment, and that I am protected.
It’s a journey on many levels, and it’s one that I’d like to share with you.
Deep Woa
I’ll be introducing a category called “Deep Woa” which will include the downloads and insights and stories that I have to share involving very deep connections with Spirit. Not everyone reading this blog will share my worldview, so it’s content and stories for those with a similar worldview or just a respectful curiosity.
For this category you will unfortunately need to register and login, since I don’t wish these to be read by anyone outside of the Woamad community. It’s really just so that I don’t have to use precious energy on the weirdness that can follow these posts.
2 Minute Woadles
There’s something mesmerising for me about the patterns of movement and sound that nature creates. I’ll be introducing a category called 2 Minute Woadles soon, which are short 2-3 minute nature in motion meditations. These will form part of my broader collection of Nature-emersion meditation videos.
I hope you enjoy the stories!
